Love this living room!!!! I want to recreate the black and white photo canvas look for our home with our boys. I can't wait to take their photo and then order the canvas' and hang them on our wall!

I love the colors too, but I personally don't think we want white sofas with 2 boys. They won't survive a day without getting dirty, scuffed and ruined.

Yards

I long for a nice big back yard at our future home. With lots of trees for shade, grass to run around in and play croquet in, a hammock, a tree swing, a nice open patio with an umbrella, table/chairs and bbq. I'd love to have a lil garden with flowers and fruits, herbs and veggies!

New blog

So I decided to start a new blog so I can keep all my dream home decor ideas in one place instead of all over my computer or emails in drafts or bookmark links. I will be able to find and see everything in one place! I don't know why I didn't think of this before?!?

I'm excited for this blog, it's mainly for myself but feel free to follow and look at the decor I am beginning to fall in love with, that being the shabby chic, country cottage look. I used to like the modernistic look but that look doesn't feel as homey and cozy to me as the shabby chic cottage look I'm wanting for our future home.

I'm hoping and praying that one day in the next years we will finally be able to settle down and have a house of our own. I cannot wait to have our very own house to decorate it how I want! But for now my dream blog will have to do! =)
